VSSI Staffing Services is Hiring a Trainer Near Farmers, TX
Shifts: Monday- Friday (occasionally Saturdays)
- Day Shift **
** Automotive engine experience is a must. This is a dayshift position but overtime is required.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation
- Review SPC Charts and P-Charts
- Conduct daily reviews AM and PM of their assigned areas
- Train all new operators in their areas
- Work with operators to improve operator performance
- Conduct yearly and quarterly trainings
- Conduct Process Audits in a professional manner
- Must be able to work a computer/tablet and be able to type
- Must be able to read/write English
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must be able to communicate with coworkers
- Verbal and written communication skills are a must
